Patch Notes v.272

GENERAL

Added several new information windows. These windows will display when your character reaches milestone levels, such as Level 40 for planet Luna quest, Level 50 for the ability to drive Carts, and so on.

ITEM MALL SKILLS

All Wind/Iron Blessings have had their Job requirements removed. Players may now learn whichever skill they wish, for the weapon of their choice.


SKILLS

Debuffs: All individual Debuffs (Those not assigned to damaging skills) have had their cooldown increased to be 10 seconds longer then the debuff duration.


MUSE

Wand Control - Increased MP Recovery to 75, up from 5 when mastered.
Improved Wand Mastery - Increased Accuracy to 15%, up from 5% when mastered.


CLERIC

Wand Focusing - Increased MP Recovery to 90, up from 5 when mastered.
Wand Combat Mastery - Increased Accuracy to 15%, up from 5% when mastered.


HAWKER

Blind - Reduced Accuracy debuff from 35% to 20% when mastered. Lowered duration from 20 seconds to 10 seconds.
Mirror Phantasm - Replaced Weaken pre-requisite with Dual Weapon Mastery.


BOURGEOIS

Zulie Stun - Increased cool down to 11 seconds, up from 6 seconds.


ITEMS

Royal Crown - Concentration bonus stat has been increased from 10 to 30.
Cart Crafting Schematics have been removed from [Ferrell Guild Merchant] Mildun's shop. Added all Cart crafting schematics to various locations in the drop system.


BACK ITEMS

Introducing 22 new back items! All of the new back items may only be created by an Artisan with Advanced Subitem Craft. Back items in general have had their Defense and Dodge slightly adjusted in some cases to make better use of the design intention for each item. Example; Backshields may have received an increase in Defense, while Wings may have received an increase in Dodge. Not all items were affected by this change, as only a few were slightly out of scale.

General back item changes have been made to the following items:

MiniBuffalo Backshield - Lowered crafting material requirement from 28 Copper to 14 Copper.
Dragon Hunter Wing Red - Increased HP Recovery to 30, up from 10.
Dragon Hunter Wing Blue - Increased MP Recovery to 30, up from 10.
Lunaris Water Keg - Increased MP Recovery to 30, up from 10.
Doctor's Back Arms - Increased Attack Power to 50, up from 25. Added additional bonus stat of Attack Speed.
Snapper Shell - Added additional bonus stat of Defense. Updated icon.
Hecado's Grace - Increased HP/MP Recovery to 75, up from 25.
Ardemia's Grace - Increased HP/MP Recovery to 75, up from 25.


JEWEL ITEMS

Increased the stats for NPC purchased Accessories by 300%.
Increased cost for all NPC accessories.


MONSTER SPAWNS

Oblivion Temple
- Monster spawns have been adjusted to faciliate the quests available in that area.


DROP SYSTEM

- The drop system has been updated to accomodate the crafting system more, as well as to put more emphasis on boss monster drops. For example; all common loot has been removed from boss monsters.
- Introducing 6th-8th Grade Apotropes to refine the newly added Back items.
- Low level equipment and crafting materials will be dropped much more frequently now to facilitate crafting on newly created characters.
- Unique weapon drops have been significantly reduced. In addition to the reduction, Unique weapon drops have been added to more boss monsters across all level ranges.
- Added all Cart crafting schematics to various locations.


QUESTS

- An additional time slot of 8AM - 10AM (PDT) has been added to the [Historian] Jones GEM quest.
- Spawn Frequency of the "Junon's" boss monsters has been increased during the GEM quest.


DISASSEMBLE SYSTEM

- Rare Blue items now have a chance to disassemble into their yellow counterpart. This change was added to facilitate Reinforced Crafting.


BUG FIXES

- Critical 30 / Sense 5 bonus stat correctly adjusted to Critical 30 / Sense 15.
- Corrected issue with PinkOpal, StarAgate and StarQuartz not being fully displayed in the crafting drop down menu.
- Corrected issue with the Rock causing damage when thrown at another player. The Rock may be freely thrown at other players with no risk of damage.

I think some of the crafters in our clan have much work now^^
