Here is a topic for crafting Gems

To craft Gems, you must have a Artisan lvl 100, and a High Concentration, such as 520-540

According to me, the best con to have is 524
It enable you to craft low gems wih low chems, and 6 7 with high ones (Hermes, enthiric...)

You can also have more concentration, and craft all with essences and low ether
Personaly, I've made a lot of gems [7] with low ether and essences only


Gem Cutting enable you to craft gems
You need a lot of Gems and Chems

You need 2 gems 1 to craft a gem 2
You need 2 gems 2 to craft a gem 3
You need 2 gems 3 to craft a gem 4
...

If no fail, you need a total number of 64 gems[1] to craft a gem [7]
or 32 gems [2]
or 16 gems[3]
or 8 gems [4]
or 4 gems [5]
or 2 gems [6]



You can craft gems[1]
For that, you need 6 or 4 chemicals, and Crystals
The color of the cristal is linked to the color of the gem
But that cost a lot of exepensive chemicals


Some chemicals are needed to cut 2 gems in a higher one :

You need 850 chems for cheap gems
You need 950 chems for expensives gems
You need 1024 chems for very expensives gems


CRAFT FAIL
There are Two craft fail :

chems fail :
if you dont use heart (bellow gems[4] cutting), if you fail, you break the gems, and loose both of them
If you use hearts, such as gems[4] or [5][6][7], you usualy break only the chems and heart, and keep the gems
But sometimes, you're unlucky, and loose all...

I am thinking about making an Bourg, so this could be very helpfull. Especcially because I don't know anything about gem crafting!
